The artificial snow system guarantees perfect conditions in the Snowpark throughout the winter season.
Telemark, the origins of skiing
In the Folgarida-Marilleva Ski area, you can also try another skiing technique, Telemark.
Considered by many to be the forerunner of modern skiing, Telemark is becoming ever more popular amongst young people.
It is a “free-heel” technique that undoubtedly requires physical strength, as well as courage and intelligence; the skier turns and brakes with their body, in a game of balance and coordination.

Unlimited fun
If traditional skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and Telemark is not enough, there are a number of alternatives; those looking for relaxing activities in the wilderness can explore the forests and the high plains on snowshoes, and those looking for an adrenaline rush can climb the mountains to dive into a session of freeriding!
